1. No Refunds on Handmade and Custom Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. All sales are final. This includes:
- Personalised or custom orders
- Made-to-order items (planners, notebooks)
- Handcrafted pieces with slight variations
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
While we take great care to ensure the quality of our products, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to make it right. Please follow the steps below to request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order using the contact form below. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
- If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement of the same item, provide store credit, or refund to your original payment method.
3. Conditions for Return on Exception
In the rare case that a return is approved due to damage or defect:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
4. No Refunds on Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or clearance are final and non-refundable. Please double-check all details before placing an order during these times.
5. Customisation Variations
Our handmade items may have slight differences in colour, size, or texture due to the artisanal process. These variations are not considered defects but part of what makes your purchase unique. As such, no refunds or exchanges will be offered for these natural variations.
