What are your delivery options and costs?

We offer standard and express delivery options. Delivery costs vary based on the location and size of the order. During checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping method and see the applicable charges. 

All deliveries are through Royal Mail.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our items are crafted by hand, so please allow 1-3 business days for processing, extending to 4-7 business days during peak times. 

Please note this processing time is added on top of delivery times.

Can I return or exchange my order if it does not meet my expectations?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible. Where a replacement or refund is not possible, we will work with you to find an amicable solution. We do not offer product exchanges. 

 

Customs & Import Fees 

When goods are imported into another country or customs area, a fee known as 'Customs Duty' may be applied by the local customs authority where the goods are being brought in.

If your country requires Customs Duty, you will be responsible for paying it directly to the authorities. The necessity and amount of Customs Duty depend on the specific regulations of your country.

If Customs Duty is applicable, the amount is typically determined by the value of the goods and the category of items being imported.

What if I don't pay the Customs Duty?

If you choose to refuse the customs fee, we will need to confirm with the courier that your parcel has been returned to Concise Study before processing a refund. In some cases, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
