Do you offer custom products?
Yes! Our planners and notebooks are customisable to your liking. You can learn more about custom orders here.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! If you have selected a tracked delivery option, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your delivery in real-time.
What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer standard and express delivery options. Delivery costs vary based on the location and size of the order. During checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping method and see the applicable charges.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our items are crafted by hand, so please allow 1-3 business days for processing, extending to 4-7 business days during peak times.
Please note this processing time is added on top of delivery times.
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Standard UK Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Express UK Delivery: 1 business day
- Standard International Shipping to Europe: 3-5 business days
- Standard International Shipping Worldwide: 6-7 business days
Can I return or exchange my order if it does not meet my expectations?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible. Where a replacement or refund is not possible, we will work with you to find an amicable solution. We do not offer product exchanges.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not at present, but this is definitely in the works!
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
